Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as each session will begin and end punctually.

Should you need to cancel any appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance (48 hours for spa packages). Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges, or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates.
